The digital media entrepreneur Mia Freedman and her husband Jason Lavigne have spent $12.75 million in Point Piper in the wake of their recent eviction from their hillside Bellevue Hill home.
They have bought the home of orthopaedic surgeon Professor Lawrence Kohan and his wife Gail.
It sits overlooking the marina of the neighbouring Royal Motor Yacht Club.
The updated 1930s home, with work by architect Philip Perrie, sits on 743 sqm.
The near waterfront was secured September 15, a month after they lost their Supreme Court case over their prior desired home.
The expressions of interest campaign was set to close September 18.
The residence had traded at $6.1 million in 2013 when sold by recruitment business woman Marissa Cameron who had paid $7.25 million when it was bought from the Susskind family.

The Lavigne couple had been in occupancy of the Bellevue Hill trophy home, Fintry which saw a legal dispute with its owner Somna Kumar, wife of London-based investment banker Joseph Jayaraj.
They had entered into a put and call option to live there with the option of buying it.
