Cooper, now playing with the Melbourne Rebels, bought the 2006-built home for $1,845,000 in 2015 when he was with the Queensland Reds.

It got a facelift in 2017 by Graya Constructions.

Cooper lived in the property with his girlfriend, former Miss Universe Australia Laura Dundovic.

Photographer Georgia Moxham and her wine distributor husband, Paul Stenmark have bought in Palm Beach.

The $2.65 million two-storey cottage, built of convict sandstone blocks, had been listed through Ray White agent Noel Nicholson with $2.7 million hopes.

Construction of the three bedroom cottage only dates back to 1952 when it was built by master stonemasons for the Long family, who where engineers from Roseville.

The 200 square metre home sits on its 628 square metre Bynya Road block with ocean glimpses towards the Central Coast.

The Stenmark couple have been occupiers of one of the Woollahra properties that billionaire James Packer recently offloaded.

The curved residence on dress circle Rosemont Avenue had been bought by his late father Kerry in the mid 1960s.

Ray White agent Elliott Placks secured the $8,375,000 sale to the Henley Homes tycoon Rob Bowen and Skye Holden.

After being Veuve Clicquot’s national brand manager, Stenmark has run Winestock which markets independent wineries to the trade and consumer.

The couple married in 1995 with Ros and Kerry Packer and Gretel and James all in attendance. Georgia was Kerry’s goddaughter.

Aussie John Symond and wife Amber might be getting new neighbours this spring on their Point Piper cul-de-sac.

Expat lawyer Sarah Cooke, who resides in London’s Holland Park with her hedge fund husband Dominic Redfern, is set to seek $40 million buyers.

The Wingadal Place vacant block was bought from Gustavo and Angelo Ferella in 2006 for $7.95 million and then had a $5.5 million home designed by James Stockwell and Jonathan Temple Architects.

Many were surprised Symond, who snapped up his 2675sqm holding for $10.5 million in 1999, didn’t buy the 960sqm parcel that stemmed from pastoralist Anthony Hordern’s 1950s subdivision.

On Symond’s other side, work continues for the Song family on turning the $60.66 million trophy home Portofino into a triplex designed by Rob Mills Architects.

Sydney Roosters head coach Trent Robinson and wife Sandra are making the move to trade-up in the eastern suburbs, and looking to move closer to the beach.

The couple have listed the Waverley home they bought for $1,815,000 in 2014, a year after Robinson took the top job at the Moore Park-based club.

It was the first time the home had traded in more than two decades.

Bordering Clovelly, the two-level home on 210 square metres has two living areas separated by a new kitchen.

The front living space features a slow combustion fireplace and the rear living area opens to a covered deck that overlooks the garden.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms, including a master suite with a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite.

The lower level, accessible only from the garden courtyard, has a home office and a third bathroom.

Phillip Pantzer Donnelley agent Debbie Donnelley is marketing the freestanding home for an August 17 auction with a guide of $2.3 million.

Robinson met Sandra, from the French village of Montrabe, while coaching with Toulouse and Catalans.

They returned to Australia in 2013, when he sold for $495,000 the 1920s home at Wickham, near Newcastle, that he had paid $331,000 for in 2008 when he was assistant coach at the Knights.

Robinson became the youngest coach in the NRL when he took over at the Roosters in 2013 at age 35.

The club has since won four minor premierships and two grand finals.

The Cremorne harbourfront residence intended by Karl Stefanovic and Cassandra Thorburn as their dream home has reportedly been sold.

Offers were being sought at $9 million plus for the ultra-contemporary three storey residence (above and below).

The property sale was secured Monday night, although remained listed on the agency website Tuesday morning.

The home was marketed as "an exceptional lifestyle opportunity."

The developer Tony Blanche has retained the non-waterfront residence above the Thorburn harbourside listing.

A coastal Victorian island retreat once owned by pop superstar Kylie Minogue has been sold.

It is the farm holding she owned between 2005 and 2010, not her residential retreat, Beauciel.

Set in Westernport Bay, the environmentally sensitive French Island is about twice the size of nearby Phillip Island, but has just 120 permanent residents.

It is only accessible by helicopter, plane or boat.

The 71 hectare elevated farmland property, that comes with building permits, was sold by Minogue for $530,000 in 2010. She had paid $292,000 in 2005.

There are four dams, a private billabong, large established gum trees and natural bushland, excellent pasture, and orchard.

There are koalas too.

Minogue's nearby Beauciel home last sold at $875,000 in 2016.

The retired NRL legend Greg Inglis continues to shuffle his property portfolio, after selling out of Sydney.

The former South Sydney Rabbitoh has just bought a Queensland duplex in partnership with his estranged wife, Sally Robinson.

Robinson, who separated from Inglis last year, moved back to Queensland with their two young children.

They have paid $920,000 for a resort-style home nearby in Shorncliffe, a coastal suburb northeast of Brisbane. The recently renovated, decade-old two-storey home has six bedrooms. Both levels of the home have three bedrooms.

There’s also a saltwater swimming pool at the new buy.

The purchase has prompted the listing of Inglis’s long-time Bargara apartment in the Bundaberg region.

Inglis, who returned to Rabbitohs training this week for the first time since checking in to rehab, is set to make a loss on the apartment that he bought brand new.

He paid $590,000 in 2008, shortly after the Global Financial Crisis hit.

Prices haven’t recovered in the Queensland coastal region and Inglis is asking $475,000 for the two-bedroom ocean-facing apartment in the Manta apartment complex.

He is offering it fully furnished through Coastline Realty agent Emma Bauer.

It comes as Inglis, who has been a Little Bay-based renter, recently offloaded his former Coogee home for $2,475,000 through McGrath agent Marnie Seinor.

Inglis had bought the Coogee semi after his move from Melbourne at the end of 2010.

He paid $1.1 million for what was then a two-bedroom federation home and then transformed the property into a three-level, four-bedroom home, behind its period facade.

The Kempsey-born star retired from rugby league earlier this year.

He was first signed with the Canberra Raiders at 15, but didn’t play a game before moving to Brisbane and playing for Melbourne Storm’s feeder club before being added to the Storm’s playing roster in 2004.
