DJ Annie Conley, the daughter of the late aviation pioneer and philanthropist John Conley, has made the move from the beach to the harbour.

She's emerged on delayed settlement terms as the buyer of Eze House, the Vaucluse home of artist David Egan and his design consultant wife Eleni.

Paperwork lodged last week shows she paid $12.8 million for the home which sold back in May, two months after it was first listed with $12.5 million plus hopes.

The Parsley Road home, only finished at the start of the year, was a project for the Egan's, who spent $4,075,000 on a run down seven bed home from the 1920s in 2007.

They created a designer five bedroom home with a magnesium swimming pool on the 955 sqm block.

The house name was inspired by the town Eze, between Nice and Monaco.

It will now act as a family home for Conley and her husband, sommelier James Hird, whom she married last year at the Beverly Hills Hotel in Los Angeles.

The couple are said to have plans for a vineyard in France.

Conley offloaded her Tamarama trophy home for a record $15.75 million this time last year. The Gaerloch Avenue property, which she bought from fashionista Robby Ingham and wife Sarah for a record $13 million in 2017, was bought by Karen Michael, the daughter of the late property mogul David Burger.

Before Tamarama Conley was in Bellevue Hill, where she owned a refurbished 1930s Prof Lesley Wilkinson home, set in Will Dangar gardens.

That sold for $5,775,000 in 2017.

"DJ Annie" is the daughter of the late aviation pioneer and property investor, John Conley.
