Interior designer Analisa Hegyesi, who is the daughter of the late Philippine dictator Ferdinand Marcos, has sold her North Bondi duplex before its scheduled auction.
The Brighton Boulevard home had $3.8 million hopes through Raine & Horne, who have not indicated its sale price.
Hegyesi is not the daughter of the former first lady.
She is the daughter of the Sydney-based Evelin Hegyesi, a former Playboy magazine and bikini model of the 1960s and 1970s.
The North Bondi duplex has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large entertainers terrace.
It cost Hegyesi $2.1 million in 2012.
Hegyesi's father Ferdinand Marcos died in exile in Hawaii in 1989.
Her half-brother Ferdinand Marcos jnr has returned to political life in the Philippines.
In 2004 there was a global search for the Marcos family's hidden US$13.5 billion fortune.
