Fox Sports presenter Louise Ransome and partner Richard Bayliss purchased a Federation Kensington home at weekend auction.
It sold for $1.83 million through Joe Recep and Martin Farah of N G Farah Real Estate.
It was three-bedroom, one-bathroom freestanding home.
The property’s reserve was reduced to $1.75 million and announced on the market before the pair, in attendance but represented by another agent, made their move, beating out a neighbour of the property who had made an earlier offer of $1.78 million during the week, but didn’t follow through.
