An apartment in a 1930s Potts Point building has been listed for sale.

The Rockwall Crescent apartment was bought off the plan with a mid-2016 completion date.

It is 107 sqm over two levels with a balcony off the main living areas and second roof top terrace with skyline view.

The open plan living area has herringbone timber floors and a chef’s kitchen with a culinary island and concealed cooking appliance wall.

The agents are quoting $1.7 million to $1.8 million for the apartment of Lynn Malone and Donna Eiby

Lynn Malone, interior designer and publicist, and Donna Eiby, a creative director at 4IR.org have listed their Potts Point apartment for sale as Malone intends to move to Queensland to become an estate agent.

The apartment is situated on the top level of the pet friendly, low-rise apartment building.

There are nine residential units with one ground level commercial lot that is occupied by ABC Restaurant.

There has been one resale since the building completion when apartment 6 sold in mid-2016 for $1.78 million through Laing Real Estate.

Located at 4/22 Rockwall Crescent, the two level property has an open plan living area featuring herringbone timber floors, custom wall-to-wall joinery and on-site parking.

There is also a lounge seating area that connects to an outdoor balcony featuring a three metre high vertical greenwall.

Upstairs is the bedroom with a triple walkin-in wardrobes along with sky-lit ensuite and vaulted ceilings.

The rooftop garden terrace opens via French doors and offers views of the Sydney skyline.
