Former ANZ banker Steve Bellotti has sold his Mosman mansion for reportedly more than $10 million.
Concluding a three-year sales campaign, the result falls short of Bellotti’s initial $13 million hopes.
It was listed following his purchase eight doors away for $9.5 million.
The Iluka Road home came with a revised guide of between $10 million and $11 million through McGrath agent Michael Coombs.
Bellotti paid $9 million in 2010 for the 1150-square-metre property overlooking Taylors Bay which was designed by architects Gartner Trovato in 2009.
Bellotti resigned as global head of markets for ANZ in late 2015.
