The international singer-songwriter Tina Arena has listed the Toorak home she bought three years ago when upgrading from Fitzroy.
Arena, one of Australia's highest selling female artists, spent $5.7 million on a luxury Toorak home.
It has $7 million hopes with Arena reportedly having plans to reside with her family in France.
RT Edgar’s Jeremy Fox told The Herald Sun the singer was “planning to go back to France” with her partner and son after the sale.
The singer first appeared on television screens as a child star on the Young Talent Time, which she joined in the late 1970s.
The two-storey 1920s Georgian style home had been updated by architect Wayne Gillespie.
It was originally designed by architect Marcus Martin as his personal residence.
The home has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a solar heated pool. The upper level master bedroom features an expansive terrace, dressing room, ensuite and study.
