The pop duo scored $770,000 for the three bedroom, two bathroom Sunshine Coast hinterland home which they updated since paying $695,000 last May.
It was bought when they were moving back to Australia from LA. They are now set to relocate again.

Lisa retains a three bedroom property in Bowen Hills, which she bought for $760,000 in 2009.
