The grand Minkara Road home last traded in 2016 when it was sold by retired transport magnate Greg Poche and his wife Kayvan.
They made a substantial loss on the property, having paid $10 million back in 2003.
The current vendors are freight tycoon Clive Thomas and wife Lee, who were moving to Sydney where their company, C.T. Freight is headquartered.
When it sold in 2016, the selling agency RED Property donated their $141,000 commission to charity.
