Melbourne businessman Giuseppe “Tony” Giannarell has his Main Beach, Gold Coast sub-penthouse listed for auction.
He’s also throwing in a marina berth lease.
The 23rd level Waratah apartment has been owned by Giannarelli family since they paid $1.6 million in 2005.
Robert Graham, of Ray White Prestige, said the marina berth lease would appeal to local buyers moving from large waterfront homes.
It’s a five-year marine berth lease at the Southport Yacht Club.
The last sale in the Waratah building was 10 years ago.
The property is set for auction on January 28 at Ray White Surfers Paradise Group’s mega auction line-up The Event.
