A Mosman home that was briefly owned by the 1970s soapie star Abigail has been listed for the first time since its sale in 1978.
The renovated 1950s two storey, three bedroom property comes with interiors by Angela Steyn.
It was in 1976 when then TV stars, Abigail Rogan and husband Mark Hashfield, bought the Killarney Street house for $83,000 with the legal paperwork lodged by solicitor Danny Sankey.
It sold for $93,000.
At the time she was starring in The Young Doctors.
Abigail was considered one of Australia’s sex symbols of the 70s era after she played the character Bev Houghton and Mark played Alan Cotterell on Number 96 between 1972 and 1974.
Abigail was educated in France and came to Australia when she was given the chance to appear as the female lead in the Perth production There's a Girl in my Soup in 1971.
Abigail later played the conniving character Caroline Morrell on Sons and Daughters.
The three bedroom, two bathroom house has been listed by the Griffin family for November 10 auction.
Its Belle Mosman agents Tim Foote and Mitchell Soineva expect the double brick family home that sits on a 575 sqm corner block to fetch $2.7 million.
