Self help author Marianne Vicelich is selling her freshly renovated apartment in Harry Seidler's The Cove building in The Rocks.
The interiors of the ninth level, one bedroom unit are inspired by luxury American interior designer Kelly Wearstler.
Vicelich calls the near 100 sqm apartment a "New York Soho, loft-style feel."
She paid $1.51 million in October and is now asking $1.75 million through McGrath Edgecliff's Craig Donahue.
Since 2008 Vicelich has written and published nine highly acclaimed non-fiction female genre books.
She is a regular contributor to The Huffington Post, Cosmopolitan Magazine and Body and Soul.
The LA Times, hailed her books as an "inspirational must-have" and Grazia Magazine as "spiritually beautiful."
