Interior designer Suzanne Dougall and her company director husband John have sold their Southern Highlands retreat.
The two level Bowral home cost them $1.21 million in 2015 before its lush renovation.
They were seeking $1.69 million through Di Jones agents Daniel Garnett and Kate McCullagh. They initially sought $1.73 million when initially listed in March.
When it was listed last year it was being marketed as Carisbrooke, with $1.85 million hopes.
Suzanne, a former model and fashion boutique owner, renovated the four bedroom home, with a fully equipped media room and a library.
The alfresco space has a wood burning fireplace.
The 4000 square metre grounds feature a number of gardens rooms amid the manicured gardens and lawns.
The couple initially bought into the Highlands in 2004, spending $2.9 million on the 18 hectare Glenquarry estate, Runnymede which was sold in 2010 for $6 million.
Dougall was the managing director at Amalagamated Wireless Australia.
