Jye Emdur, the model son of Channel 7 personality Larry Emdur, has moved from the runway to real estate.
He’s started selling property at Ray White Double Bay, the state’s No. 1 Ray White office.
Emdur will be a sales associate to Kate Zuppicich.
Jye, who has modelled alongside Jesinta Campbell, Dominique Elissa, Kris Smith and Nick Youngquest, most recently appeared in Drumstick ice cream ads on bus stop billboards.
He debuted on the catwalk at the 2015 Myer spring/summer parade while he was studying industrial design.
The 2015 Cleo Bachelor of the Year nominee has quickly emerged as having a “nothing is a problem” attitude with clients.
While not owning any property, he’s close to his dad who loves property.
They, of course, also share a matching tattoo: “If not now, when?” Larry and his mum, Sylvia sold their Dover Heights family home for a stellar $11.5 million last year.
The family appear to spend much of their time at Bondi Beach where Larry has owned since 1992.
