West Coast Eagles star Jeremy McGovern, who has a number of clubs chasing his signature since he's a free agent for the 2019 season, has bought a home in Perth.
It was bought with his partner Madi Williams for $1.15 million.
The 1970s home in Trigg (pictured above), north-west of Perth on the coast, was updated in 2012.
The family home with split level open plan living area has three bedrooms, a home office and an outdoor area complete with saltwater spa.
Brad and Kaate Hardingham at Realmark Coastal sold the property.
The couple's purchase prompted McGovern to lease his former home, a three bedder eight kilometres north in Padbury (pictured below), which has found a $420 a week tenant.
That cost him $537,500 in 2014.
The 25 year-old all-Australian defender has spent the last four years at the Eagles.
It is reported the club have offered McGovern a five year deal worth around $4 million.
